Browncroft Community Church at 2530 Browncroft Blvd.

Wednesdays September 10th to November 12th (No classes October 15th)

Calvary Chapel of Greece 85 Kuhn Road

Things to Keep in Mind When Attending Group Lessons :

1. BCC and CCG have been VERY GENEROUS in allowing us to use their buildings. They are not requiring a specific rent, but merely asking for any donation we can afford. PLEASE HELP US TO BLESS THEM IN RETURN BY TAKING VERY GOOD CARE OF THEIR BUILDINGs!!!!! If your children make a mess, clean it up. If something gets broken or if you need supplies such as toilet paper, please report it right away to the following people:

BCC - Sheri Hanley, Ellen Gerwitz, Leanne Lynch, or Alison Lukowski.

CCG - Javelle Symons or Nikki Pagani

2. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S ACTIONS. Watch the behavior of your children. Have your children WITH you at all times if they are not in a class. If you absolutely have to leave the premises for some reason, there must be another adult in charge of your children and your children must know who that adult is! (Even teenagers must be supervised!)

3. Please DO NOT ENTER OR USE any of the following rooms:

BCC - church offices, the library, the sanctuary, the kitchen, the chapel or the fellowship hall.

CCG - church offices, the Sunday School office, the sanctuary, or the upstairs hallway & classrooms.

4. Remember that there will be classes going on as well as regular church business. Please do not allow your children to run or yell in the building.

5. Parents & children who are not in classes may fellowship in the following areas:

BCC - Playground, Youth Room(Room #A8/9), Nursery(B28) or Room #B27 (Piano may not be used).

CCG - Playground, Fellowship Hall, & Nursery.

Please do not use any other rooms to sit in during classes. Children should not be in any rooms unless accompanied by an adult or responsible teenager.

NURSERY USE: This area is designed for mothers will small children. If you have older children, please do not allow them in the nursery area. Those families using the nursery are responsible to clean up after themselves. There will be a vacuum located in the nursery for general use in the building. Please make sure to vacuum up any crumbs on the floor. Please do not allow children to damage any of the nursery equipment.

6. All families are responsible to clean up their own mess when they are ready to leave for the day. This means straightening chairs, picking up any loose papers or trash & placing it in one of the trash bins located in the hallways or classrooms. In addition, each family will be asked to choose one week to help in the building. During this time, families will either assist in setting up & prepping classrooms for use or straightening them, closing windows, & turning out lights.

7. You must have medical insurance &/or sign a liability waiver to participate in any gym classes.

8. The only animals allowed on the premises are service animals (such as guide dogs) or service animals in-training. Service animals should always be clearly identified.

Fall Session for 2008-2009 School Year

Mondays September 8th to November 10th (No classes October 13th) - BCC

Wednesdays, September 10th to November 12th (No classes October 15th) - CCG

Information about class selection - Our group lessons classes are offered by "independent contractors". This means that classes may vary in content, structure, requirements, fees, etc.; thus it is the parents' responsibility to select classes which would be most appropriate for their children. To aid in this selection, each teacher has written a class description. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS, SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR & SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING FOR EACH CLASS. Grade levels are suggested, but usually are slightly variable. Parents may visit classes at any time, but if you are going to attend the class as a student, you should sign up (& pay) for the class for yourself as well. Please do not bring younger children with you when you visit a class unless you have cleared this with the teacher first.

Sign up is on a first come - first served basis. If you wait until the end of the sign up period to schedule your classes, you may find that many of them are already closed. Some classes even close the first day! If you want to make a change in your scheduled classes, please do so by the end of the sign up period! If you cancel after the deadline, there will be a $15 cancellation fee!

Payment Information - See next page for information about paying teachers and the expense fee.

Late FeesIf your payments are late, there will be a one-week "grace period" during which a $5.00 late fee will be added to your expense fee.

After the one-week "grace period," all members of your family will be taken off the class lists, & you will owe a $15 cancellation fee. (The only payments accepted after the grace period will be from families whose children get into classes from the waiting lists.)

Please be responsible in submitting your payments on time! (If you have a family emergency, such as a death in the family, please contact Ellen Gerwitz for an exemption from the above late fees.) Irresponsibility is not an emergency!
