It's renewal time again!  For those of you who plan to renew with Charity LEAH for the upcoming school year, we wanted to let you know that there is a $3 discount ($35 vs. $38) if you renew before June 30th.  After June 30th, the fee will be $38.  In addition, if you do not renew by June 30th, your email will be removed from our database.
    If no information has changed from last year, you can use the short form.  If anything (email, phone, address, etc) has changed, please use the regular form. Both forms can be found below.
    For those of you who have decided not to renew your membership, we wanted to thank you for the chance to minister to you this past year and we hope that you will be blessed in the future.

A Note About Membership Applications
We accept membership applications on a continuing basis. The school year runs from July 1st to June 30th, so memberships taken after January 1st will be considered 1/2 year with expiration on June 30, 2009. Fees are $38.00 for a full-year and $28.00 for a half-year. These fees include your NY State LEAH dues which we are required to collect if Charity will be your primary LEAH group. You may download the application and information package here, or call Matt or Ellen Gerwitz at 621-6445 and we can mail it to you. (Remember: the download is free, mailing will cost Charity LEAH. Let's try to keep our expenses down.)

For Renewing Members: If none of your contact information has changed since the last time you submitted the full application, you may renew using the short form. However, we will not check the information for those who use this form. That means if your contact information has changed, and our records don't reflect the change, you will be inadvertantly left out of the communications. Please make sure your information is correct if you plan to use the short form. This short form will be avaialble ONLY UNTIL AUG. 30th.
 
NOTE: When renewing yor HSLDA membership or signing up for a new membership, you can receive a 15% discount as a LEAH member. When filling out the application use "LEAH" as the discount group name, and 292155 as the discount group number.

Finally, we ask you to please, please, please look up your voting districts to include on the application. We have provided a link on the sidebar of the homepage to make it as easy as possible. Just type in your zip code and it will do the rest. It takes me approx 2 mins. to look up the info for you, so if I do that for just 30 people, I have spent 1 hour doing what you could do in two minutes. Please help me. Thanks.
